Workshops
Join us every second Saturday of the month for our Nervous System Workshop & Yoga. The program will incorporate education followed by yoga and breath practices to activate the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve influences your breathing, digestive function and heart rate, all of which can significantly impact your mental health.
