After deep diving into Yoga and the nervous system and sharing this knowledge with my daughter and nieces and seeing such positive results I am inspired to share with other teenagers. Wouldn’t it be amazing to understand yourself and your body at a deeper level in your teenage years? I am inspired by teenager's thirst for knowledge and kindness to share with others.
